Challenge

Even after being a well-established brand of Fashion Industry UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON faced a challenge to bring traffic and generate sale from Brand website as the big marketplaces offer competing prices along with big sale events throughout the year.

SOLUTION

We setup full Funnel strategy, where the main objective of Top of the Funnel was to spread awareness about the AW’22 Collection Launch.

In our approach to spread awareness regarding the brand.com, we took the route of YouTube and OTT platforms to focus on premium audience who had behavior history of purchasing online products.

We targeted audience with different communication in every funnel. Where Top of the funnel only talks about the brand and its values and in Middle of the funnel we target audience highlighting product USP’s and in the Bottom of the funnel we give exclusive/additional offer to the customer to get them to purchase from the website.

In the creative front we had tested multiple creatives In statics, carousel and videos and found out that the customers prefer videos as compared to the other two.
