General Information We Collect on Lyxel&Flamingo Website

Lyxel&Flamingo Website collects data about your activities that does not personally or directly identify you when you visit our website. Information We Collect from Client’s Shopify or Magento Store

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify or Magento account: name, email, phone number. We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Information We Collect from Client’s Google Ad Accounts

The data corresponds to the user like Google AdWords data, Merchant Center, etc. is obtained through the authorized API credentials of our Lyxel&Flamingo Website. The credentials are stored securely to maintain confidentiality. We don’t access any personal user data — just basic user profile information and access to user AdWords, Merchant Center, GA, and GTM accounts to provide a seamless experience for marketing products digitally across Google platforms. What data we request:
  1. Google AdWords – Access to user AdWords account to fetch and create campaigns.
  2. Merchant Center – Access to create and upload product feeds.
  3. Google Analytics – Access to track conversions, page views, and other data for reports and recommendations.
  4. Google Tag Manager – Access to fire custom events like purchases, add-to-cart, product views, etc.
Why we request Google user data: We fetch this data to provide a seamless experience so users can easily create campaigns, track purchases, and receive analytics-based reports and recommendations.

Information We Collect from Client’s Amazon Ad Accounts

If a customer provides third-party account authentication (i.e., Amazon seller/vendor account ID or other third-party sites) or signs into Lyxel&Flamingo Website services via a third-party site/service, some content and/or information in the authenticated accounts may be transferred to their Lyxel&Flamingo account. This may include previous Amazon ad campaign content and is covered by this privacy policy. Access to customer Amazon accounts is needed to enable all offered features. The following data is gathered:
  1. Seller ID
  2. Order ID(s)
  3. Statistical data such as time of orders, sales, and ordered items
  4. Product master data such as item number, description, and prices
  5. Miscellaneous information about the customers’ advertising activities on Amazon
