About the Brand

Built on a Technology Edge. Backed by Three Decades. Ready for India's EV Moment.

Lectrix EV is the flagship EV brand of the SAR Group, a company with roots back to 1988 and trusted names including Livpure, Livfast, and HEKA in its portfolio. The move into mobility was deliberate: India’s EV future belongs to brands that understand the technology beneath the product. That conviction shows in Lectrix EV’s battery intelligence, its Battery Management Systems expertise, and a model lineup built for every kind of rider.

From the LXS G 2.0 to the LXS, each scooter answers a specific rider question: how far, how premium, how accessible. With 138 showrooms active, new models incoming, and an innovation-first culture driving every decision, Lectrix EV does not wait for momentum. The product was ready. The next move was a social presence bold enough to match it.

The Brief

Relatable Over Rendered. Real Surroundings Over AI-Generated Abstraction.

The brief arrived with a precise creative ambition: build content that makes Lectrix EV feel genuinely within reach for the people it is built for. The brand wanted to shift its creative tonality away from AI-generated imagery and toward content that placed the product in the kinds of familiar environments and everyday moments that potential buyers already inhabit.

Two outcomes anchored the engagement: deepen user understanding and awareness of the Lectrix EV product range, and grow the follower base and engagement rate on Meta simultaneously. The content needed to do more than communicate specifications. It needed to make the technology feel natural, accessible, and genuinely relevant to daily life across India.

Three priorities gave the engagement its direction:

  • Shift creative tonality from AI-generated content to product-in-context storytelling that places Lectrix EV in moments the audience recognises as their own.
  • Build a top-funnel content architecture that grows awareness while earning sustained engagement rather than passive impressions.
  • Develop a regionally intelligent presence that speaks to audiences across multiple geographies in India in the language they actually think in.

The Challenge

A Growing Brand in a Growing Category. Three Dimensions Worth Getting Exactly Right.

Lectrix EV was operating in a category still earning familiarity in the minds of everyday Indian consumers. Electric scooters represent a genuine shift in how people think about daily mobility, and accelerating that familiarity required more than product-first content. Three dimensions shaped the content architecture.

01. Moving From Polished to Personal: The Creative Tonality Shift

AI-generated content had given Lectrix EV a clean, high-production visual presence. The next frontier was resonance: content that felt like it belonged in the audience’s world rather than in a render. The opportunity was in the shift toward real environments, real riders, and real moments that potential buyers could see themselves in, making the product feel like a natural part of their daily context rather than a distant aspiration.

02. Earning Understanding and Aspiration at the Same Time

Top-funnel awareness for an EV brand carries a specific responsibility: it must build understanding alongside interest. Potential customers need to grasp what makes Lectrix EV different before they are anywhere close to a purchase decision. The content strategy needed to inform and attract simultaneously, building the kind of familiarity that makes consideration feel natural when the moment arrives.

03. India Is Many Audiences. Six Regions Needed Their Own Voice

A nationally visible presence on Meta required acknowledging the regional reality of India’s language, culture, and content behaviour. A single-tone, single-language approach would reach the surface of the audience while missing the depth. Vernacular content opened the kind of engagement that happens when people are spoken to in the language they think in, not just the one they can follow.

The Approach

Intelligence First. Authenticity Always. Four Workstreams Built to Connect.

The content strategy was built from four workstreams, each addressing a specific opportunity in the gap between where Lectrix EV’s social presence stood and where it needed to go.

01. Competitive Analysis That Mapped the Territory Before Staking a Claim

We mapped competitor content across the EV category to identify what Lectrix EV could claim with genuine authority. The output was a content direction built on meaningful differentiation: not just what the brand does, but what it does better and how to say so in a way no competitor could mirror.

02. Search Volume Insights That Turned Real Questions Into Content That Answered Them

We used search volume data to understand what potential buyers were actively looking for, then built top-funnel content directly around those behaviours. The result was a content programme that made Lectrix EV easier to discover, more credible on first contact, and naturally positioned at the start of the consideration journey.

03. A Product Photoshoot That Replaced Abstraction With Genuine Context

A dedicated photoshoot captured the Lectrix EV range across real environments and authentic riding scenarios. The brief was simple: replace AI-generated distance with real-world proximity. The resulting asset library served all three content pillars simultaneously without sacrificing visual consistency.

04. Three Content Pillars That Each Built a Different Kind of Relationship With the Audience

The content architecture was structured around three focused pillars, each creating a distinct quality of connection with a different dimension of the audience’s experience. Together, they ensured Lectrix EV showed up at every touchpoint in a potential buyer’s journey: from first curiosity through to the decision to explore further.

Content in Motion

Three Pillars. One Unified Voice. Brought to Life Across Six Regions on Meta.

Strategy on paper and content on screen are two different things. This section is about the distance between the two, and how it was closed.

The Photoshoot: Building the Visual Foundation

The photoshoot anchored the entire content strategy, producing a library of authentic visual assets versatile enough to serve all three content pillars. Every frame was built for real-world deployment, replacing AI-generated imagery with context-rich content that earned genuine attention in a crowded feed.

Everyday Scenarios: Making the Product Feel Like a Natural Choice

Content was built around one brief: show the scooter where it belongs. Commutes, errands, recurring daily moments. Each piece reflected what life with Lectrix EV already looked like, making the product feel chosen rather than pitched.

Vernacular Content: Six Regions, Six Conversations

Content was created in local dialects across 6 key regions, each piece calibrated for its specific audience. India was not treated as a single market. The depth of engagement that followed confirmed the regional investment was the right one.

Scheme Promotion: Awareness That Felt Like Information, Not Advertising

Content was created in local dialects across 6 key regions, each piece calibrated for its specific audience. India was not treated as a single market. The depth of engagement that followed confirmed the regional investment was the right one.
