About the Brand

A brand everyone already trusts, now showing up wherever they search

Chicco is a globally trusted baby and childcare brand. Feeding, nursing, baby gear, toys, built on years of expertise across all of it. A brand that had already found its way into homes across India, across cities, towns, and every kind of shopper who ever walked through one of its doors. Behind that trust sits a strong and growing retail footprint, stores spread across the country, each one ready to be discovered by anyone searching nearby.

The brand’s ambition for this engagement was straightforward: take the trust already earned on the ground and make sure it showed up just as strongly on Google, store by store, search by search.

The Brief

The Trust Was Earned. The Search Infrastructure Was Built to Match It

The brief was clear: close the gap between the stores that existed on the ground and the stores Google could actually surface, without losing a single nearby search to a listing that wasn’t ready to answer it. Chicco didn’t set out to build more brand awareness. The awareness already existed. What needed building was the search infrastructure underneath it, one capable of carrying that trust into the specific, local, high-intent moment when a parent types a nearby search into Google. Every one of Chicco’s stores needed to show up with the same clarity and confidence the brand had already earned on shelves.

Challenges

Earned Everywhere. The Next Step Was Making Sure Every Search Knew It.

  • The Stores Were There. So Was the Opportunity to Reach Further: Chicco had built a trusted retail footprint across the country. Its digital presence hadn’t kept pace. Around 50% of Google Business Profiles sat unverified, harder for nearby parents to find. Not an absence of stores, an absence of visibility. Families searching with clear intent weren’t always led to the closest Chicco location.
  • Every Store Had a Story Worth Finding. Every Listing Needed to Tell It: Local discovery runs on trust, and trust runs on consistency. Across a growing network, accurate addresses, categories, contact details, business information, all of it got harder to hold together. Small inconsistencies, but together they weakened Chicco’s presence, making a well-established network look less accessible than it was. Aligning every listing meant giving every store an equal shot at being found.

The Approach

Every Listing Activated, Until Every Store Was as Easy to Find as the Brand Itself

01. Finding What Google Couldn’t See

Verification came first. We worked directly to confirm every pending profile, restoring around 50% of listings to active local visibility. The existing network got audited too. Keyword research followed, built specifically around the baby and childcare segment, so every profile spoke the way a parent actually searches.

02. Rebuilding Every Listing to Earn the Click

Each store got a description written to read as genuinely engaging, not templated filler, paired with high-quality images, standardised contact details, and the correct category. Small technical gaps that were quietly turning searches away got closed, one listing at a time.

03. Making Sure the Ground Gained Would Hold

None of this was a one-time fix. Listings were routinely monitored and refined, customer interactions folded back into the process, so accuracy held and the gains kept compounding instead of slipping back. Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Ahrefs carried the work, but the system, not the tools, is what made every store findable.

The Results

Search doesn’t wait, and neither did the results. What became possible when every store was found.

Comparison: April 2026 vs June 2026 (projected). Three months in, the gap between invisible and unmissable closed fast.
